OakUsa started with a simple idea: Orlando deserves a place where the bread tastes like bread should — crusty on the outside, soft and alive on the inside — and where your grocery shopping feels less like a chore and more like a visit.

We opened our doors on South Orange Blossom Trail to serve our neighbors with freshly baked goods made daily and a carefully selected range of groceries that we'd be proud to put on our own tables. Every loaf, every pastry, every item on our shelves is chosen with intention.
